MAINTENANCE

Caring for Your Jewellery

Your jewellery was made with a lot of love and care — and with just a little attention, it’ll stay beautiful your entire life. Here are a few simple tips to help you look after it:

  • Take your jewellery off before going to bed or hitting the gym.

It’s the easiest way to avoid any accidental bumps or scratches.
  • Put on lotions, perfume or hairspray before wearing your jewellery.

This keeps your pieces shiny and helps prevent dullness from everyday products.
  • Skip the pool or the sea when wearing jewellery.

Chlorine and salt water can be tough on metals and cause them to tarnish.
  • Store your pieces somewhere dry and cool.

A little pouch or box away from moisture and sunlight works perfectly.
  • Give your jewellery a gentle clean now and then.

Warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft toothbrush (or polishing cloth) will keep everything sparkling.

If you’re ever unsure about how to care for your piece, just send me a quick message at info@kolunastudio.com I’m always happy to help.

Questions you may have

Are all your pieces really handmade?

Yes! Every piece is designed and made by hand in our small studio. Because of that, every ring is unique and has it's own story

What materials do you use?

I work with high-quality materials such as sterling silver / gold and precious stones. Each material is chosen carefully for its beauty and durability. I never work with brass or plated materials such as gold plated.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

All metals can naturally dull or tarnish over time, but don’t worry! With regular cleaning and proper storage (in a dry place, away from moisture and perfume), your piece will stay beautiful forever.

Can I wear my jewellery every day?

My pieces are made to be worn often, but it’s always best to remove them before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Treat them kindly, and they’ll love you back for a long time.

The ring I like is not in my size, can I order one in my size?

If you see a ring you like but it is not in your size, please contact me at info@kolunastudio.com so we can work something out.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes I do! If you have an idea or you want to work something out together, please contact me at info@kolunastudio.com and I will help you

How is my jewellery packaged? What will I receive?

Each order comes thoughtfully packaged in a minimalist box that helps protect your jewellery during shipping and makes it feel special to open. I try to use eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time depends on your region — EU orders typically arrive within a few days, while international shipping may take a bit longer. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been sent.

What if something arrives damaged or not as expected?

Please get in touch as soon as possible. I carefully check each piece before sending it, but if something goes wrong in transit, I’ll do my best to make it right.

"JEWELRY THAT FLOWS"

WHO SITS BEHIND THE BENCH?

Meet Diandra, or as I like to call her; Didi.

She founded Koluna Studio after years in the corporate world, feeling increasingly frustrated by the impersonal and rigid nature of that environment. She believed that life shouldn’t be a struggle, but rather a natural flow, a philosophy she carries into every piece she creates. Each design is carefully crafted with this sense of movement in mind, allowing the jewelry to feel organic and alive.

Creating a piece is a slow, thoughtful process; her work is better described as wearable art than simple jewelry. Every item is handmade with meticulous attention to detail, using only the finest metals and the most beautiful stones. The result is jewelry that is timeless, personal, and full of intention. Designed not just to adorn, but to connect with the wearer.
