Refund policy

At KL Studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality and handcrafted jewellery. We offer a 14-day return window on a selection of pre-made, ready-to-ship pieces within Europe.

Before submitting a return, please note:

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and with no signs of use.

  • Return shipping with tracking must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Outside of our 14-day return window, KL Studio does not accept returns or refunds on any products unless the item is deemed faulty. This includes change-of-mind purchases.

If you wish to return an item for any reason outside of fault, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist. Please note that custom-made pieces are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it,

  • Unworn or unused,

  • Returned in its original packaging,

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty Items

If you receive a piece that appears faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. Once returned and assessed:

  • We may replace the item,

  • Issue store credit, or

  • Provide a refund if the item is faulty and cannot be replaced (excluding original shipping costs).

Sale items cannot be exchanged. If a sale item is found to be faulty and approved for return, store credit will be issued.

International Orders (Outside Europe)

All orders shipped outside of Europe are final sale and not eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for any additional import costs, including customs duties or taxes. These fees vary depending on your country’s regulations for jewellery and higher-value items.

Important

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not accept any unauthorised returns. Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

  • Custom orders are not eligible for returns as they are made to order and cannot be resold.
